QUESTIONS
Frequently asked questions.
Answers to common questions about our counseling, evaluations, and court-related services.
Do you accept insurance?
We do not bill insurance directly for any of our services. We can provide a superbill upon request, which you can submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement. Coverage and reimbursement rates vary. Please contact your insurance provider directly to understand your out-of-network benefits.
Assessments, DVIT treatment, and evaluation services are not covered by insurance and are private pay only.
Do you offer telehealth?
Yes. Telehealth is available for individual therapy and select other services. In-person services are available at our Bellingham office and are private pay.
How do I schedule a consultation?
You can reach us through the contact form on this page, by phone at (360) 389-2620, or by email at admin@fulcracenter.com. Our office will follow up within 1–2 business days. If you are inquiring about a DV Assessment, DVIT, or any evaluation service, we will first conduct a brief conflict check before proceeding with scheduling.
Are sessions confidential?
Yes. All services are governed by applicable confidentiality laws and professional ethical standards. However, there are legally mandated limits to confidentiality, including situations involving imminent risk of harm, child abuse or neglect, and certain court-ordered disclosures.
